Simbu and Upendra's Super heroine Nayanthara were the talk of the town a couple of years back as they were the 'it' couple of Kollywood. The two made several appearances together, buteventually parted ways. Many things were said about the breakup and several speculations were made about what lead to them severing ties. But the two seem to have gotten over the bitterness of the past and have become friends.
Several reports indicated that it was Simbu's wayward ways that made Nayan call it quits. Nayan even released a statement to the media, saying she will never work with him again. When pictures of Nayan kissing Telugu star Nagarjuna started doing the rounds, it was alleged that Simbu circulated the pictures to get back at his ex-girlfriend.
The two have since found love again — Nayanthara with Prabhu Dheva (the two were to get married but broke up shortly after the announcement was made) and Simbu with Hansika Motwani (they will reportedly tie the knot next year). Looks like time really heals all wounds, as Simbu and Nayan were seen chatting amicably at the success bash of Raja Rani. This sure is a 'super' effort by the former lovers.
